A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on this level. Step outside onto the expansive deck overlooking the pond, perfect for outdoor dining with a gas grill and seating.

Upstairs, the master suite awaits, offering a King bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a double sink and shower. The lower level provides additional space for entertainment and relaxation, with a family room complete with a gas fireplace, WII, PlayStation II, and a selection of games and puzzles. This level also includes a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath.
