Beautiful home in Flagstaff, AZ, come get out of the heat and relax on the front porch of this 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500Sqft home. This home is in a great neighborhood and surrounded by pines. We are a quick drive to beautiful Buffalo Park. Arizona SnowBowl, the Grand Canyon and Sedona are easy drives. No A/C. (We're at 7000 ft).

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed & 2 Twin Bunkbeds| Additional Sleeping: Living Room Couch | There is also a Queen air matress in the Master Closet that can be used.

INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen Smart Roku TV's/Netflix,Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN , laptop-friendly workspace, SuperFast WiFi great for remote workers and board games

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker and bottle opener. The house is also equipped with an outdoor Gas Grill.

My wife and I currently live in Gilbert, AZ, we moved to Arizona in 2014 from Wyoming with all 5 of our kids ( one was married at the time ). Now both of our oldest are married and live in Gilbert, our youngest son went to College at NAU in Flagstaff and currently our twin daughters are going to College at NAU in Flagstaff.

Why they chose this property

We originally purchased the house for our son to live in while going to school in Flagstaff but when Covid hit and his school became remote he moved home and we decided to use the house as a Short Term Rental. We now use the house personally to visit our kids that currently in school and as a weekend getaway from the summer heat of Gilbert.

What makes this property unique

The house is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood and is completely shaded by tall pine tree's. The house stays nice and cool in the summertime and the front porch is one of the best features which makes a great place to be on cool summer nights. We have a 48amp(11.5kW) Tesla Charger that is free to use for guests, you can easily charge your Tesla overnight and be ready to go the next morning. There are many walk paths all through the subdivision which makes it nice to go on walks right from the front door. The house is only 1.5hrs from the Grand Canyon South Rim and only 1hr from Sedona, AZ which makes it a great location for Day Trips to these places. Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort is in Flagstaff and only 26 miles from the house.
