This unit is in the South Tower of the building on the south side. It has a secure lobby, elevator for easy beach access and outdoor locker to store beach amenities. There are ocean views from living room and bedroom balconies. There is an oceanfront pool, sundeck, fitness room and children/adult game room for your pleasure.
Recent new improvements include central HVAC unit, electrical outlets, flooring, freshly painted rooms, vertical drapes, kitchen upgrades, bedroom suite and balcony chairs.

The Braemar is close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. Non-Smoking. No pets allowed. There is a $75 Building Registration per week payable by check or credit card upon arrival to building.
