Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with the best view in the county. Dogs are welcome. New furniture, new smart TVs, new linens, heated tile floors in bathrooms. Large inviting living room with access to the wrap around deck overlooking Silverthorne & Lake Dillon. You can also admire the incredible views from the patio while relaxing in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Choose from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Loveland & A Basin for your shredding pleasure. Ptarmigan trail is directly behind the house for the hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, fishing and more to entertain all of your mountain needs.

***For security purposes, there are two Nest video cameras on the property. One sits on the Northeast corner of the entry porch. This camera shows the driveway to help us monitor proper snow removal. The second camera is on the exterior of the Northwest wall and shows the hot tub/fire pit patio. This camera monitors usage of the hot tub/fire pit as well as ensures proper servicing of the area by the hot tub and gas companies.***

Will & Grant grew up together in Aurora Colorado while Paige grew up visiting Colorado from Georgia and eventually moving full time in 2003. We all still reside in Colorado whether it be in the Denver area or enjoying our time on the Western Slope.

With this house being in Grant's family for decades, we are so excited to share it with others to make unforgettable memories of their own. There is not a better view in the county and with the newly remodeled interior, it truly is a special place. We enjoy it quite often ourselves and hope that your experiences are as magical as ours.

With picture windows throughout the living room, our home offers the most gorgeous views that pictures just don't do them justice. The hot tub and fire pit on the patio are the absolute best for enjoying a beautiful sunset. With numerous ski resorts, outlets at your fingertips, and restaurants galore to choose from, you are right in the middle of mountain paradise. Spring, Summer and Fall are just as amazing as you can hike, dirt bike, fish and even rent a boat for a day on Lake Dillon. When the fall colors are in full bloom, you are right in the middle of all the beauty. In addition to the interior upgrades, we have carefully thought out any and everything you may need during your stay and seek to make you feel at home.
