Lovely little cosy rental- as described - very close to the beach with most things you need to enjoy the beach and lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. We cooked and used the laundry- everything worked great. The A/C was great too. LaVeda left excellent instructions for everything required of you as a guest so we did not need to contact her. In the main rental house we had lovely neighbors who were staying for a few weeks - would stay again and recommend to others.

This was our third year in a row to this beautiful guest house. It's extremely well supplied in the kitchen and for our days at the beach. Location can't be beat. We hope to keep coming back as long as we're able.

What a cozy little hide away in Lido Beach! Host supplies her guests with items that are needed to make the stay more comfortable! Convenient to the beach and St. Armands Circle. My boyfriend and I have stayed here 2x so far and we planned another stay in a few months. It's our home away from home when visiting our favorite part of Florida :)

We had such a wonderful stay in Lido Key. The guest house was very clean, cute, and the hosts were so kind. The kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked great. Everything we needed and it was pretty close to being right across from the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, very well stocked with supplies, and just a short block to Lido Beach. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Sarasota.

Hosts are exceptional. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, joyful and just lovely. Concerned about our stay and their support - which was just awesome! Very quick replies before the visit and during. The place was exactly as described - but even better than the photos. Quality linens, comfortable furniture, especially the bed, well furnished kitchen with quality appliances, etc.
