Lovely, well appointed one bedroom guest house with fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Across the street from the beach and an easy delightful ten minute walk to St Armand's Circle and all the shops and restaurants!
Located on quiet Lido Key you are minutes away from all exciting Sarasota has to offer. Community pool available at the beach if you like swimming laps. The pool is not on the property.
Just bring your suitcase - beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers and bikes are already here. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to Sarasota, have your groceries delivered from publix and you will have no need for a rental car. Enjoy!
Entrance has one flight of steps - no elevator available.
Bedroom is on the main level - ladder leads to a separate loft.

We always enjoy our stay here at this property. The kitchen and whole apartment is well appointed and clean. The host Laveda is always very responsive and the location is maintained very well. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was our third year in a row to this beautiful guest house. It's extremely well supplied in the kitchen and for our days at the beach. Location can't be beat. We hope to keep coming back as long as we're able.

What a cozy little hide away in Lido Beach! Host supplies her guests with items that are needed to make the stay more comfortable! Convenient to the beach and St. Armands Circle. My boyfriend and I have stayed here 2x so far and we planned another stay in a few months. It's our home away from home when visiting our favorite part of Florida :)

We had such a wonderful stay in Lido Key. The guest house was very clean, cute, and the hosts were so kind. The kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked great. Everything we needed and it was pretty close to being right across from the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay! Guest house is well appointed and lovely. It is a short walk to the beach and a half mile to St. Armands Circle where there are shops and restaurants a plenty! The host is very nice and responds with lightening speed if anything is needed. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, very well stocked with supplies, and just a short block to Lido Beach. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Sarasota.

Hosts are exceptional. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, joyful and just lovely. Concerned about our stay and their support - which was just awesome! Very quick replies before the visit and during. The place was exactly as described - but even better than the photos. Quality linens, comfortable furniture, especially the bed, well furnished kitchen with quality appliances, etc.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay on lido key. Our host, Laveda was always responsive to our needs and our guest cottage was perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Great Launch Point

The guest house is spacious and feels comfortably luxurious. We enjoyed having access to so many things to do around Lido Beach and Sarasota. Home Run.
