The yard has lovey gardens. Located about 200 ft. from the beach. All towels, linens, beach chairs/towels Easy-Up shade tent, rolling cooler, wagon, beach games/tosy are included. 2 Paddle Boards available (must sign waiver to use).

High chair/porta crib/child's infant chair + Elmo potty seat are available.

Tennis courts, a playground and ball field are within a 5 min walk.

Shaws/Market Basket Grocery store, Dunkin' Donuts, local restaurants, liquor store, bank, CVS, and post office all located 3 miles from the house. 20 mins to Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth town center, ferry to Provincetown, and whale watching boats. 1 mile to the Cape Cod Canal bike path, 10 mins to Sandwich Center, 35 minutes to Falmouth and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. 35 minutes to downtown Hyannis and the ferry to Nantucket. 60 miles to Provincetown. 60 miles to Boston.

Check out is at 10:30. However you are more then welcome to stay and use beach stuff/main house outdoor shower + bathroom till 4 PM

RATES: I DO NOT accept 1 night reservations. The only exception would be in the case of last minute availability.

The rates change depending on the time of year and on the number of nights you book.

FREE Contentinental Breakfast for reservations 3 nights or more.


ALL RATES include: Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach table, Easy-up shade tent, 2 paddle boards, shampoos/soaps... and last but most important...TOILET PAPER! (Please ASK if you need to take a roll home with you :) Cell phone chargers and a BOSE III blue tooth speaker are provided.

SERIOUSLY.....You DO NOT need to bring anything other then your clothes, sunscreen, adult/young adult beverages and food. Please help us! Minimize the stuff you bring in.... It's healthier (we've been told). We have a LARGE washer drying that you are more then welcome to use.

That said, please be respectful. Rinse out your recycling!!! Empty your garbage and recycling prior to leaving. Place all towels in the laundry baskets. (Laundry baskets will be placed outside your door on your departure day).

As noted, this property is IMMACULATE! I've been told my yard is the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. You are 200 feet from the beach. You have the ability to cook all meals + stocked kitchen pantry is provided + fresh herbs are in the garden. ALL beach stuff/towels/lines etc. are provided. If you would like—we will also do grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Send us a list. The cost is the price of your groceries and $20/ hour for the shopper.

As an added bonus–I am a chef. If you would like any premade meals I would be more then happy to provide them—just ask for my menu.

Sagamore beach is my most favorite place in the world. If your looking for a peaceful, beautiful, escape from the craziness going on in our world today—you will find it here—and much more! And...you can still practice social distancing...

This is a non-smoking property!

Parking for all - but please park smart. Be aware that I need to accomidate 4 cars....so don't hog more then you need...even if the driveway looks empty. :) Please tell me if you have more then one car coming....I can accomidate....but I like to know in advance.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and to the park. The park has a super nice playground, well maintained tennis and basket ball courts. The Cape Cod Canal bike path is about 1.3 miles down the street. You can access the path via a deadend road that parallels the ocean. So you don't have to worry about fast driving cars. The Army Corps. of Enginners maintains 2 parks on either end of the Canal. Both have food stands. There is fish pier on the Canal. However, mostly you will find tons of people fishing from the rocks along the edges. I have fishing poles...but don't know anything about fishing...accept how to cook fish..... I'm a great cook! and will take any leftovers! :)

Public transportation from Boston and Logan Airport. Enterprise Rental car is located 10 mins from the house. Car services are available to Logan or Providence Airport. The Cape Flyer train can be accessed in Buzzards Bay and Sandwich.

We had a wonderful time at Lauren’s guest house in Bourne. The house is immaculate, thoughtfully designed and laid out, and well equipped for whatever you need. It was nice to have such a big deck with different seating areas, and the outdoor shower and hot tub are such a treat! Lauren is a very responsive, respectful, and gracious host. She has thought of everything, she provides everything, and we will definitely go back if we stay in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay! Lauren was a gracious, hospitable, and accommodating host who made everything easy from start to finish. The home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Lauren was a great host, offering us breakfast, lunch and even dinners. She stocked the refrigerator with food of our choice and was always available to assist us with our requests. The cottage was a short walk to the beach, (2 minutes), and she provided us with beach chairs, umbrella, games, etc., everything you might need for the beach. A real bonus, Lauren even allowed us to utilize her EV charger! Great Host, thank you for everything!

Lauren is one of the best hosts I have ever had. She works very hard making sure your time at the Guest House is spectacular. Definitely a beautiful, private and relaxing setting. I give top ratings on the entire vacation. No expense was spared on remodeling the guest house. It was spotless and ultra modern. Every detail was planned out and in place for allowing guests to relax with no worries. The beach is beautiful and provides fabulous low tide flats for running and playing and building sand castles. It is just a short walk to the beach, 1 or 2 minutes with a view of the ocean during the walk. If you have a chance to grab this rental this summer, you won’t be sorry. Be prepared to enjoy it and be prepared to relax.

Our stay was absolutely incredible and far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought Lauren puts into making her guests feel welcome.Lauren was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had—so kind, responsive, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her hospitality made our trip even more special.The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could think of. The kitchen had every supply we needed, the bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with high-quality amenities like face wash and lotion, and there were so many extras for enjoying the beach, including chairs, an umbrella, and a beach blanket. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day in the sun.Lauren’s beautiful garden was another highlight—it felt like a private little oasis and added so much charm to the property.The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk to a stunning beach. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can’t recommend this home and Lauren highly enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lauren was a TOP NOTCH HOST! She went above and beyond in every single way imaginable! She has an AMAZING modernized cozy separate get-away that shares her beautiful gardens of her home. She is willing to share with her guests about anything that she is BLESSED with with, as well! It is just a quick 5 minute downhill walk to the beautiful ocean beach and we enjoyed it immensely! She also has a remarkable catering business and offered to make us anything to eat for our taste buds for a reasonable charge, too! She prepared delicious freshly made salads with homemade sauces ... a wonderful Vegan dinner that was ready for us upon our delayed arrival from the airport .... before we had to head for the "BOSTON HARBOR 250th FIREWORKS" CRUISE we had reserved. We packed so much FUN into our brief stay! When we were short on time the last evening ... she offered a fantastic suggestion for a sunset trip to the SANDWICH BOARDWALK for our final evening! It was icing on the cake! My cousins from Texas and I (Michigan) look forward to visiting the Boston, Plymouth and Cape Cod areas again ... and now we know exactly where we will be staying!!!! The place was beautiful and clean, but there was no privacy. There were no blinds on the windows looking toward the main house that was several feet away. We were never given a key to the place, so I was never able to lock up my belonging when I went out. Also the host would be in communication daily but with some unexpected requests like if she could get a chair out of the place we were staying at to give to her friend, or if she could show off the hot tub to a friend while my friend and I were in there. There appeared to also be a ring camera right above the hot tub so I definitely wouldn’t describe it as a private hot tub. Overall it was a beautiful place but privacy is something that matters to me so I wouldn’t recommend.

Lauren is the heart of this property. She goes above and beyond to make your stay effortless, greeting you on arrival, offering local recommendations, and making herself available whenever needed. The beach setup alone is incredible, you really only need clothes, a swimsuit, and a book. Towels, chairs, blankets, a cart, cooler, sun shelter, sunscreen, bug spray, a phone battery pack, Bluetooth speaker, and even lemon water were thoughtfully provided.The guest house is in a quiet neighborhood with beach access less than a 5 minute walk away. During our early July stay, the beach was peaceful and much sandier than many Cape Cod beaches we've visited. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Plymouth are all a short drive away, and Captain John's Whale Watching is a must.Even with only a small ocean view, the private deck is amazing. Listening to the waves while enjoying the outdoor shower, Blackstone grill, hot tub, and Solo Stove made every evening memorable. The atomsphere on the deck at night is perfect.This trip became even more special when I proposed to my girlfriend(now my fiancée)on the beach Friday night. Before we arrived, Lauren arranged with me a homemade chocolate cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries to celebrate our birthdays. That level of thoughtfulness perfectly sums up the experience.My only suggestion would be to hire a cleaning service between guests, as a few small details were missed. Otherwise, this was an outstanding stay that we'll never forget.

Awesome girl's weekend!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Lauren's place for two nights and it exceeded our expectations! We went for beach walks, and relaxed in the hot tub everyday. The place was in immaculate condition and Lauren had stashed snacks and drinks for us. She even left home cooked chicken soup in the refrigerator upon arrival! There are also plenty of books to read in the cabin and she's an interesting conversationalist. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone!

The Perfect Hideaway

Lauren was a wonderful host and her guest house was exactly as discribed and pictured. The perfect little get away spot! Our daughter had just graduated with her masters in Newport RI and we wanted a few more days before heading back to San Francisco. This was ideal. There was a beach at the end of the block and you could hear the ocean at night from our deck. Just so peaceful, the with the birds outside....we did absolutely nothing one day and it was exactly what we needed! Lauren provided suggstions for local restaurants, places to visit etc...and everything was spot on. She had also kindly stocked our fridge with berries, yougurt, juice and breakfast treats to get our morning going. Between the deck in the morning and the hot tub at night I really didn't need to move, it was a wonderful weekend! The next time we head east to visit our daughter we are going to try and work another visit in and our daughter is already planning a girls trip with friends back to the Cape. Thank you Lauren for your hospitality and kindness, we'll be back!

Amazing experience!

I booked a girls weekend getaway and it was absolutely amazing! Lauren (the best host!) made us feel so comfortable and welcome. It was everything we wanted, and MORE! I’ve never experienced a more comfortable and pleasant stay. Lauren provided whatever we needed during our stay and so much more. It was a minute walk to a beautiful beach! The place was SO clean, including the hot tub! We were able to relax and enjoy all that was offered. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and feel at home. I can’t wait to book again. It truly made the difference to have such an amazing host who was friendly and easy to connect with at all times. The pictures and description don’t even compare to the experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to kick-back and enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay! It’s so close to the Sagamore bridge which provided quick access to the cape, but out of the chaos of the crowded vacation scene. It was such a positive experience! I will absolutely be booking again. Overall, the best experience I’ve had through any booking site. All around FANTASTIC!! Anyone would be lucky to book this for a laid back getaway!

Amazing and relaxing getaway

This was an absolutely incredible stay! We were looking for an escape from the city and we found that and so much more! The hot tub was amazing, the guest house wonderful, and Lauren was truly a delight. You were so close to the ocean you could hear the sound of the waves crashing as soon as you opened your car door on arrival! We left completely rejuvenated and hope to get back as soon as possible. Truly a must stay!

Fantastic spot. Privacy and only a short walk to the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Everything was spotless. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. We would love to go back next year.

Great Location For The Beach

Property was as described ( not large ) close to the beach, the owner delightful and helpful even made us a dinner reservation! Beach was a few steps away and the hot tub was a great evening activity. A lovely escape for a couple.
