House met basic needs. Older property with unkept landscape but reasonably priced for decent accommodations. Would highly recommend the tree to the left of the property be cut back for safety as pulling out of the driveway is a bit hairy and potentially dangerous. Beds were comfy and tv was nice. Note the fireplace does not work.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us. We’d love to clarify a few details regarding your experience:
The Tree: The tree you noted is located on a neighboring property, so we aren't able to trim or remove it. Rest assured it is entirely safe, and we’re glad it doesn't obstruct the surrounding views.
The Fireplace: The gas fireplace is fully functional! The pilot light had simply been turned off prior to your arrival. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to come right over and turn it on for you.
The Lawn: We experienced some unexpected sprinkler issues this season, which unfortunately impacted the yard's appearance. We are actively working to get it restored to its usual lush condition.
We always aim to make our guests' stays as comfortable as possible, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!
Beautiful quiet and peaceful. We are a family of 8 and everything met our needs from sleeping arrangements to kitchen utensils and seating. The yard was large enough for the kids to play catch with the football. Neighbors were friendly. Very close to walking trail, food, stores and the venue we attended for archery tournament. Everything was within 20min of the house. No troubles checking in or out. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Stay
This spot was perfect for our stay. The rooms and accommodations were well kept and clean. The location was great for where we spent our time. My family and I very much enjoyed this house!
We had a great stay in a great location. The farm animals where a plus and the dock was great. The only thing missing was a BBQ for guests to use.

Thank you Jon! We agree a BBQ would be a definite bonus for the outdoor living area on the deck. We will definitely put it on our list of items to add for our owner. We are so glad you felt the Modern Farmhouse Living of the Knickerbocker in Draper was just what you enjoyed. We would be happy to have you come again! iTrip Vacations SLC
It was a comfortable, clean house with enough space for sleeping, visiting together, and accommodating our needs.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knickerbocker! Great location with easy access to restaurants, groceries and other activities. Awesome proximity to the mountains! The beds were comfortable, and loved the main couch for movie night and chatting with friends. We had a great time and definitely would love to boook again!
We were in town to coach at a soccer tournament. Needed a nice quiet place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. The communication was fantastic. The hosts provided wonderful directions and information. Check-in was easy. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and comfortable. In a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The home also had everything we needed to cook and stay for four days. I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back.
Very close to eating places and ski resorts. Host was very responsive to help me getting a screaming app loaded on the smart TV so I could watch local/ national news and college basketball conference playoff games at night
We had a very relaxed and easy stay at the Knickerbocker. The house was clean, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The ad was accurate, and everything went smoothly for us. We would 100% come stay at the same spot next time we visit Draper.
A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to the Cottonwoods over a long weekend. The house was perfect for our needs — lots of bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and parking. Communication with Jeff was very good and he brought us a few items that were either broken or missing during our stay. I'd recommend the house to anyone staying in SLC
It was a great place but please.leave more then one garbage sack.

Thank you Kindra! We are glad you enjoyed your time at the Knickerbocker in Draper, Utah. We're sorry all you found was one garbage sack for the kitchen, we will be sure our cleaners understand that the kitchen definitely needs more than the one for future stays. Typically they leave plenty, I wonder if they had a new crew member but we will communicate that for sure.

Property was very nice. There were a few small issues, repairs and such, that the agent is undertaking to fix: stovetop, some kitchen items need replacing
Jeff was great to communicate with. Quick and friendly . The home was clean, stocked, quiet, and decorated nicely. The beds were so comfortable. Perfect location for us as our son only lives 5 min away. I would rent this home again . Thanks Jeff.
