Sunset Resort Guest Suite

Light filled and spacious one bedroom private guest suite with separate lounge room, kitchenette, outdoor bbq and kitchen area, attached to our residence with total privacy and exclusive use of the property. Perfect for your next weekend getaway or mini escape.
The private entry to the guest suite has access to a separate study, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a huge outdoor covered entertaining area with lounge and dining table. An outdoor kitchen with full size fridge is available for your use.
There is a large swimming pool and heated spa for your enjoyment. Laze around and enjoy the tranquility amongst the gum trees on this two third acre property, for your exclusive use.
Sunset Resort is perfect for a couples retreat, providing total privacy to enjoy, or use as a base to explore the Mornington Peninsula or local beaches and restaurants.

This was a beautiful stay with amazing facilities, total privacy and easy communication with host. Had a great time in the pool/jacuzzi and even used the BBQ everything was great would definitely be back again !!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time. The house was extremely clean, the host was very polite and had everything in detail for us when we arrived. The spa was so relaxing and the house is in an amazing spot. Thankyou for having us!!

A little oasis for pure relaxation

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. It was everything we needed and more. The accommodation is very modest but the outdoor features are what really give this property it’s worth. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were put to use from the first day. We loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen and loved road testing the air fryer. The bed was super comfortable and the family of magpies made us feel at home. We look forward to staying again soon.

Poolside to the Mornington Peninsula.

This property is as advertised, splendid in every way. Very comfortable from the moment you arrive and close to many scenic spots, restaurants, cafe's and beaches. Sharon was the perfect host. I would highly recommend it.

Outdoor haven

Property features great outdoor entertaining options for any season including a spa swimming pool and fire pit with multiple seating options. Inside is luxurious and comfortable with a huge TV comfortable bed and resort style ensuite.

Absolutely Lovely!

My partner and I have enjoyed our 2 nights here so very much, even with the not so nice Melbourne Winter. We have enjoyed the Spa and the umbrella to keep us sheltered from the rain. Such a beautiful place, clean and homely. Will be looking forward to the summer months also and making use of the amazing pool here also. The communication with the owner was friendly and welcoming. Have no regrets booking this property for the weekend and we are sad to leave. :)
