Great location! The place seemed brand new with decorations/finishings at the bar of a premium luxury stay. Main street location is super fun and an easy walk to the beach even with kids in tow. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the 5-star review of Beach Therapy! We're glad you enjoyed the location and that the space felt brand new with premium finishes at the bar. It's great that the main street setting and short walk to the beach worked well for your family. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to host you again soon!

The listing photos and details were very accurate, this is a very nice condo, the communication with the host/maintenance was excellent. The distance to the beach is really a 5 minute walk.

Beach therapy

Visited to attend a wedding at the yacht club. Proximity was a breeze. Could walk numerous places. Very close to the beach for early am walks. Only thing that I thought was a hassle was that we had to make up all our beds when we arrived late after a long journey. Also, it would be nice if small shampoos etc could be provided.

From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you so much for your review and we are glad to know that you found your time in this home, along with it's ideal location, enjoyable! We are disheartened to know that you were disappointed regarding linen presentation and a lack of toiletries. While most of our guests choose to have their linens delivered as is, the linen company will make arrangements to have the beds made for a fee - so that is always an option if you are a returning guest in any of our homes. There is also the option of our luxury homes where linens are included and (with few exceptions), beds are made before arrival. Regarding the toiletries, NEVR tries to consider waste/environmental impact and we have found that most guests prefer their own personal/grooming products. When toiletries were provided in the past, the waste of opened/partially used products was left behind (shampoo/conditioners were particularly passed over and left unused). However, we will revisit the idea for future seasons based on your feedback. We look forward to your return in the future as our guest!

Great place & conveniently located

We had a great stay in Harwich. The ocean is just a short walk away and the condo is really nice. The location may not work for everyone, but for us it was a great spot. I can imagine that it gets very busy in peak summer months, but it's the Cape! Overall I would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed it very much.
