Main floor master suite (King) with private balcony, smart TV, walk-in closet, spa-like en-suite bath featuring double vessel sinks, a two-person shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub.

Two upstairs bedrooms (Queens) on the third level share a full bath and open to a spacious upper deck — perfect for star-gazing with a glass of wine or simply soaking in sweeping river views.

A convenient half-bath and washer/dryer are located on the main floor.

The open-concept main floor features a comfortable living room with a 65” smart TV and surround sound system, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area designed for gathering.

Step outside onto the covered deck, furnished with a sofa, loveseat, and swivel chairs for six, plus casual dining for six more under the shade sail. Whether you’re enjoying a family meal or watching the sunset, this outdoor space is made for relaxation.
