Had an amazing stay here and would throughly recommend it. It's a great location opposite Kyoto station as well as a few malls all with 10 mins walk. We booked a room with 1 double, bunk beds and a sofa bed that converted to abed, with a kitchenette. Pretty spacious by Japanese standards and very clean. We had a great view of Kyoto station watching the Shinkansen come in and out. Want to call out the staff and how incredibly helpful they were. They suggested a better way to use the luggage transfer service for our needs which ended up saving us money, and also helped us when our pre booked taxi was very late. Thankyou Yuko, Ryo and all the staff for the help!
