About this property

This newly built home is the perfect home away from home! The downstairs floor contains the master bedroom and bath, a queen bedroom and full bath, a full kitchen and dining area, the living room with an 80" screen smart TV and reclining couches and gas fireplace, and laundry room with washer and dryer. On the downstairs patio there is an amazing outside sitting area and HEATED pool. The pool has a tanning ledge with 2 water spouts plus a bench inside the pool that runs along side of the edge.
The upstairs has another living area with books galore and another Smart TV with cable. It also has a futon that can be pulled out as a separate sleeping area. There is another King bedroom and queen bedroom plus a full double sink bathroom. The best part of the upstairs is the patio sitting area with views of the downtown Georgetown square.
The Kitchen is equipped with a coffeemaker, microwave, full refrigerator, crock pot, toaster, vitamix, tea kettle and instapot.
Within a 2 block radius we have over 15 different restaurants and bars. Within a mile radius we have every type of shopping center you could ask for!

Great stay right near the square

House is so close to the square that we walked to dinner both nights. House was clean and updated. Everyone loved their room and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Family weddings

We were in town for a family at the Wish Well House and this house was very convenient for us and our our adult children! Everything was clean, in working order, plenty of towels and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Our family has lived in the Georgetown area for over 10 years. We recently decided to move our home base in South Texas but come back to Georgetown regularly for family and business. This is our home and it is too cool not to share with others. We love the pool and the roof top balcony and the close walk or drive to EVERYTHING- shopping, hiking, events downtown. There are several wine bars and restaurants within 2 blocks.
