With our central location, you can be anywhere in Chico within minutes. This private home allows a relaxing space with all the comforts yet you can be at the creek behind you under 75 foot trees in a minute (or 2). All the amenities you need to truly feel at home: fully stocked kitchen, including coffee and tea, washer and dryer in unit, TVs in both rooms, extra towels and toiletries in bathrooms, Your host is always on call for assistance as well!
