Composed of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, a large terrace and a swimming pool, the residence is fenced and has all the comforts:

The rooms can accommodate between 5/6 people maximum. The first has a 180x200 bed (2 mattress 90cm) and 1 sofa bed (BZ 1place), the 2nd bedroom with a large double bed in 140 and 1 single bed. All bedding is new, the sheets can be provided as an option. room overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with an 8 seater garden furniture and barbecue. 6 chairs are arranged around the pool.

Emplacement charmant

Tout s'est bien passé lors de notre visite. Considérant que notre français est très limité, Yvon s'est assuré que nous n'avions aucun problème. Nous espérons revenir.

Un rêve - ein Traum

Nous avons passé deux semaines avec nos enfants de 6 ans dans ce magnifique logement. Le logement était conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé, propre et situé au calme. Pour les enfants comme pour nous, la piscine était bien sûr le point fort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons certainement. Merci Yvon pour tout ! Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren sechsjährigen Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Für die Kinder wie auch für uns war der Pool natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Yvon, für alles!

Zeer aangenaam

Wat hebben wij genoten van het huis en de omgeving! Het grote pluspunt is het zwembad van 6x 12. Het huis zelf ( je huurt het onderste deel van de villa) is prima uitgerust en je kunt heerlijk onder de overkapping ontbijten en eten/ bbq’en. Een bakker en supermarkt liggen op loopafstand van het huis. De omgeving heeft alles en op korte afstand: mooie natuur en leuke (bad)plaatsen castellet, sanary, bandol, cassis, ciotat. Ook het enthousiasme, gastvrijheid en discretie van gastheer Yvon zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf. De twee flessen rosé bij aankomst waren snel op! Erik & Gaby

Superbe demeure, bien située à proximité de tous besoins (commerces, axes routiers, etc...)

Agréable villa propre, superbe piscine. Propriétaire serviable et disponible pour vous documenter ou vous informer sur toute autre demande ou question (environnement et sites à visiter... etc). Séjour à refaire sans problème.

Dans ce super logement, sous le logement du propriétaire, qu'on ne voit quasiment jamais (mais qui est présent immédiatement lors d'une avarie : petit problème de chasse d'eau, réparé dans l'heure). Un logement où on a une surface aussi grande à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, dont on peut bien profiter, même en hiver. Nous remercions le propriétaire et nous reviendrons
