Gulf Stream Villas 110 is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath ocean front townhouse in one of the south strand's most desirable complexes. Located a little over 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier, you'll enjoy exceptional landscaped grounds surrounded a lush courtyard and outdoor community pool. Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and a single; downstairs are 2 king bedrooms. The master bath has a heated floor for your comfort. Fireplace is not operational. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Gulf Steam Villas is located 2.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. These oceanfront townhouses offer multiple balconies for relaxation and ocean views. Swim in the outdoor pool from Easter/April 1 to October 31. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Garden City. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

Disappointed on the beach

I left a review, this place was a 1 out of 10, carpet was so disgusting, trash behind the sectional, bathroom tub nasty, stove nasty, mis match of bedroom furniture, no place to put your clothes, comforter on upstairs bed was dirty, curtains torn and trashy, patio furniture plastic and all cracked up, I would not recommend this condo. No issues withDunes, only you should get a different client. The amount of money to stay here warranted a. Iced condo, which this was not. We also had a condo at A different location, same cost, which was a lot nicer. Very disappointed, pictures of unit do not reflect the lack of upkeep needed to be done with this unit. If you have any questions or doubt what I am saying I did take pictures of the carpet. I
