The owner, Chris was easy to communicate with and keeps the rental in great shape and very clean. The house was perfect for our family and only a few blocks from everything! Definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Nosy Neighbor

I did not appreciate the fact that the owner's mother lived in the backyard and seemed to be watching the house most of the time. She tried to complain about facts that were not true and it was annoying and frustrating to have to deal with her and her nosiness. I did not appreciate it.

I would definitely use this house again.

Very clean upon arrival, it was ready before checking time. Neighborhood was quiet most of the week. No problems with parking. Walking to beach and boardwalk was short.
