Villa in Podstrana

Really easy to book, nice people who were easy to talk to. Big house with short distance to the beach and restaurants. Also a short walk to supermarkets. Recommend it!

Our stay was amazing with this host

There are three things that matter most to us and this property worked very well for the four of us! Cleanliness, Outside seating and size. It is a large home (duplex) for four adults to have privacy when needed. It is very clean and there are oudoor sitting areas that were amazing. The rooftop at sunset really impressed us! We visited Sept 20-Oct 3, 2023. The host had some goodies in the kitchen to help get us started. The coffee maker has it'sown filter so no worries about bringing them. FYI, the coffee amker doesn't stay on long so we kept turning on throughout the morning. I figured it was a safety feature after a couple of days. There were some spices in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. Bed linens were very comfortable. If we ever decided to return to Croatia, I would stay here again. I wish the host all the best in the future!

Jahreswechsel 2022/2023 Podstrana

Absolut ruhige Lage in gewachsener Umgebung (keine Ferienhaussiedlung), Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Schlüsselübergabe, Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank sowie Gebäck der Vermieterin waren eine sehr nette Geste, herzlichen Dank! Wohnbereich mit Küche im EG und Schlafzimmer mit Dusche im 1.EG hervorragend, toller Ausblick auch von der Dachterrasse, alles sehr sauber, die Klimageräte (Zentralheizung noch im Bau) schaffen im Winter auch eine behagliche Wärme. Küchenausstattung topp, es ist alles vorhanden. WLAN-Zugang (5 G) ausgezeichnet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Gebirge, Makarska und Split/Trogir. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, jederzeit empfehlenswert, bei mehr als 5 Personen wäre Schlafgelegenheit im Souterrain.
