We absolutely loved this house and our stay here! The house was very well appointed and literally had everything we could possibly need. It was by far the best stocked house that I have ever stayed in. The management company and ownership have thought of everything with this place. I could not have asked for anything more and the renovation that was done here was top-notch. The backyard was an amazing oasis that we enjoyed daily and we were very close to everything to do around town. The neighborhood is very clean and safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The close proximity to Publix grocery store and various stores was perfection. The beds were very comfortable and they did not spare on any amenities here. We enjoyed being on the canal for fishing and just to have water in the background from the pool and hot tub. This was our first time to the Fort Lauderdale area and we will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a perfect rental spot top to bottom then this is your spot!

Lovely house with everything you need to relax and reconnevt

David’s house was very nice, and provided a great base for our family vacation to Fort Lauderdale. The beds were comfy, the kitchen very modern and user friendly and the laundry room convenient. What makes this house great is the yard. We loved the pool, grill, and putting green!

Ft Lauderdale Stay

Previously, we have always stayed in hotels when we come to Ft Lauderdale, but this time we chose this home on VRBO, and can not have been more thrilled with this property!!! From the moment we walked in - to the A/C turned down, lamps all lit, and music softly playing in the backgroung.... we were blown away! The property was amazing, and the mgmt company was awesome!! We will definitely do this again!!

Great Vacay

This property was exactly as described. We booked for a family vacation and were thrilled with the pool. The house was fully stocked with just about anything that you’d need to prepare meals. We were able to get anywhere we wanted within 15 mins. I will definitely rent another one of their properties in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. Clean and modern. I loved the extra fridge and each of my family members had their own room with en-suite bathroom. Walk in closets were huge. Also enjoyed the extras in toiletries and kitchen supplies. They were fully stocked with laundry detergent, sunscreen, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For my family of 5 this was a game changer. Will stay here again!

Avenue One is fantastic! We had a very relaxing experience in this 5-star property. The pool and spa are outstanding and getting some exercise by kayaking in the canal was refreshing. The property managers David and Steve are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We plan to stay with Avenue One again.

There are many great things to say about this house. The cleanliness, the decor, the kitchen equipped with high end appliances and top notch cookware, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Nicely appointed, tastefully decorated rooms. Open floor plan. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Lots of towels for both the pool and bathrooms. The pool is incredible. Just beautiful and heated perfectly. Great spa. Plenty of seating around the pool. Gas grill. The location on the canal is so scenic. Highly responsive property management. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Definitely would return. Just a beautiful property. Best we have stayed in on VRBO.
