Enjoy quintessential Cape Cod at this charming waterfront home. Located on a small, causway accessed island with 8 other homes, peace and tranquility is abundant. Enjoy idyllic sunsets from the expansive wrap around porch, grilling and relaxing the night away. The house can accomodate plenty of guests comfortably. Utilize the open air shower shower to rinse off the salt water from your afternoon kayak, of which we have 4 for your use on the property. This is the Cape you've been longing for!!!

Our family vacation cottage for over 65 years. We have decided to rent it a few weeks to help pay expenses. It is really a comfortable private spot with a cozy cottage that has a huge deck with comfortable dining and sitting areeas and a fire pit. Everyone asks about swimming. We have a right of way one house away that has a SMALL beach shared by 4 homes and usually empty. While we are right on the water our frontage is not the best for swimming. My wife and I own a business in nirther New Hampshire , The Woodstock Inn Brewery. Be sure to try some!! May sister and brother in law both work at Suffock University
