Large apartment (100m²), currently furnished and decorated, with 3 air-conditioned rooms (split air conditioning), all with double beds, drawers, hangers and nightstands, 1 suite and 1 social bathroom (all with electric shower), kitchen American type, Service area with 9kg washing machine and clothesline, dining room with table with 6 chairs and living room with sofa and TV with internet access (netflix, youtube, globoplay and others) and open channels, balcony .
Great location, close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, square and the best, just 200m from the beach, 2nd floor (without elevator), 1 parking space, accommodates 6 people and 1 child (1 cot available).
The property has all household items (crockery, cutlery, penelas, etc.), also has bed / bath / table linen for your best comfort.
