great spot

This unit is very cute with lovely city and partial water views and great decks. The resort property worked great for a big group trip that included families with kids.

Beautiful. Well maintained, clean, gorgeous pools and beach. Plenty of staff on the grounds to help if needed. Loved having the restaurant/bar right there on the beach. And the condo itself was lovely. We really enjoyed the wrap around deck and amazing views.

What a beautiful condo with a view. Our host, Kash, could not have been more helpful in answering our questions before our trip. Mario greeted us at Icon check-in and continued to give us quick response and excellent service when any issue arose. This was the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced with a rental- good quality knives , pots and pans, dishes, glassware and leftover storage. Loved our stay.

It was a very nice west facing unit, there is another tower that obscures part of the view of the ocean, though the remaining view is great. Nicely laid out and ample space with two good work areas for computer or writing. The kitchen is adequate for meal preparation and dinning. The check-in was effortless, though communication was best through the Icon Tower 2 desk reception, we didn’t have a lot of success with the owners platform.

Beautiful stay in Puerto Vallarta

Pictures didn’t do it justice. Literally opened up the walls at night and didn’t touch the A/C. Beautiful views of the marina and the shoreline and bay. Enjoyed the beach front bar and quiet atmosphere of the property compared to some other condos in the marina area. Property manager (Rangel) was great.

2 week stay

The overall impression was good with a couple of exceptions. There could have been a couple more bath towels, face cloths and hand towels. The bed was a kingsize as stated however the mattress was not very supportive.

Puerta Vallarta

This place could use a deep cleaning. Came into the room and not even a bar of soap to wash our .hands after arriving from the airport. The couch is dirty and obvious stains that have never been attempted to have cleaned. The bathroom had old dirty tampons behind the trash can. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and this is the first place I would never recommend to stay.

Hi Cassie, We understand your group booked 10 units for an event at Icon Condo where this unit is also located. All units are individually owned and managed and marketing by different companies. You did not stay at this unit but your parents did. We inquired your Mother who stayed at the unit and she never mentioned any issues to us and was very happy with the unit an her stay at the unit. We are truly sorry for your experience at the other unit you had booked but your review is not accurate for our listing as it meant for another unit at Icon which we do not manage, nor market.
