STUDIO 'THE VIOLET' ANSE OF THE ROCKS SAINT FRANCOIS GUADELOUPE

Studio nestled in the heart of a flowered park with trees of 9 hectares with infinity pool of 1000m ² (reserved for residents only) and beach facing the Caribbean Sea.
Located on the ground floor of a Creole villa of 4 studios (independent entrance) it offers a slight sea view.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
It smells to welcome 4 people and has an air-conditioned room (1 double bed 160x200, 2 single beds, cable TV), a shower room, separate toilet, a very sunny loggia (closed by shutters ) equipped with a kitchen (oven, microwave, two burner hob, washing machine, refrigerator, senseo coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils ....).
Linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Possibility of making available a cot on request.

Belle résidence, confort moyen…

Très belle résidence sécurisée avec accès piscine, plage privée et proche de toute commodité. Cependant, le mobilier est vraiment rudimentaire notamment les matelas qui manquent de confort. Nous avons eu l’occasion de visiter d’autre studios voisins qui sont mieux équipés. La personne qui nous a accueillie était très agréable. Attention: il n’y a pas de réseaux ou très peu de réseau sur la résidence. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Petit studio très agréable, très bien situé plage à 3 minutes à pied, petit restaurant sympa à 2 pas, grande piscine magnifique et très propre. Accueil chaleureux et arrivée facile. Tout le confort qu'on peut espérer ! Nous recommandons très fortement

Io,mio marito e i miei due figli abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 10 giorni: un paradiso. Tutto ė stato perfetto! Avere la spiaggia a due passi, una piscina meravigliosa e il furgoncino del pane davanti casa tutte le mattine non é facile! Grazie alla sua collocazione siamo riusciti a visitare tranquillamente tutte le cose più importanti della Grande Terre. Consigliere questo appartamento a tutti i miei amici e se dovessi avere la possibilità di tornare in Guadalupe, tornerei sicuramente anche qui. L'appartamento, anche se un po piccolo, ha tutto il necessario , veramente tutto. Per noi è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza e ringrazio dei cuore Ariane ed Annie per averci regalato un sogno.

Studio incantevole

Ho soggiornato qui con mio marito e le bimbe di quasi 7 e 2 anni. Ci siamo trovati divinamente. L'appartamento è fornitissimo di tutto (teli da mare e sedie a sdraio comprese), pulitissimo e molto funzionale. Alle 7 di mattina arrivava il furgoncino del Boulangere, così da poter fare ogni mattina colazione con pane fresco e croissant appena sfornati. Straconsigliato.

C'était juste parfait : calme et tranquillité ! Très jolie plage et magnifique piscine

La Residence est vraiment agréable sans parler de notre studio la violette aménagé avec goût, spacieux et dans lequel rien ne manquait ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement le domaine anse des rochers ainsi que le studio 💙

Logement idéal dans un site enchanteur

Logement vraiment bien accueillant et fonctionnel. Il est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Bonne situation géographique dans la résidence (proche plage et piscine toutes deux paradisiaques) avec ensoleillement agréable et chambre climatisée .Mme Belia est très charmante et serviable à souhait .Encore merci . Voiture indispensable .Site de St François enchanteur .

Extra satisfaits de notre séjour à 2 !!

Pour notre 1er séjour en Guadeloupe, nous avons pas été déçus !! de plus un logement très propre, avec tout le nécessaire côté cuisine. Une literie parfaite !! pourtant nous avons de gros pbm de dos, mais impec. La vue sympa, dans une résidence on ne peut plus calme. Une plage privée tjrs propre avec un petit restaurant à côté qui propose de bons plats typiques ou non à un prix tout à fait correct. Annie la propriétaire est adorable, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Très sincèrement je suis quelqu'un de très difficile et bien vous pouvez louer chez Annie les yeux fermés. Personnellement, si un jour on retourne en Guadeloupe, je sais déjà où louer !! Je laisse se commentaire car j'aime consulter ceux que les gens laissent qd je cherche moi même une location, ce qui me rassure en général à 80%

Adresse à retenir.

Accueil souriant, disponibilité de la soeur de la propriétaire qui nous conseille de l'appeler en cas de problème. Nous n'en avons pas eu. Le studio est très propre, très bien équipé, et décoré avec recherche. Nous avons apprécié la jolie plage à quelques pas du studio et le restaurant qui s'y trouve.Très pratique. St François est à quelques tours de roues, c'est un endroit charmant. Nous avons passé dans ce lieu un très bon séjour.

Vacances de rêve !!!

L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous avons appréciés l'emplacement du logement (mi plage et mi piscine) et sa propreté. L'endroit est sécurisé par la présence d'un vigile. Magnifique location fidèle au descriptif !

Nous avons loué le studio Les Violettes pour 8 jours fin Février 2013 et avons été enchanté par cette location. Nous étions 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfants de 10 ans). Le studio est très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et très bien entretenu. Le Domaine de l'Anse Rochers dans lequel se trouve le studio est magnifique et possède la plus belle piscine de Guadeloupe ! Bien qu'en haut saison, le domaine a tjs été calme et la piscine n'a jamais été bondée ce qui est très appréciable. L'accueil par la soeur de la propriétaire est très sympathique. Ne pas hésitez pour cette location, c'est une valeur sûre !
