O apartamento é bastante confortável, limpo e bem equipado. Acomoda 5 pessoas. No quarto tem uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro e na sala tem um sofá cama e uma cama extra embaixo. Saindo do prédio, você leva apenas 5 minutos de caminhada até o mar. É também bem pertinho de bares, restaurantes e mercados. A zeladora dona Josefa é muito simpática e está sempre disposta a ajudar. Ela que realiza as entradas e saídas no apartamento. A síndica dona Rosa mora no apartamento 21, se houver necessidade de chamá-la. E a proprietária está sempre disponível ao telefone.
