We're sorry the furniture and bar chairs weren’t up to standard and that the ice machine froze — we will have housekeeping and maintenance inspect and repair or replace where needed. I’m also sorry the back bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; During your stay we where in an extreme heat warning so the HVAC system may have had trouble keeping up. We do show that we had notified you on the day of your arrival that the pool heater was having some issues. We are truly sorry if we were not able to get that working for you during your stay. We do show that we did refund the full pool heat fee on 3/9 and had communicated this with you as well. We have sent you a refund receipt to the email we have on file. The refund was issued to the same card that the pool heat was paid for. Hope this helps and we hope you are able to give us another chance someday.
