Quaint and nice

We were in Bend for a night and stayed at this cute little place. Charming and tastefully appointed this nice place gave us a sense of quiet and solitude. The big yard was great for our dog and the close location to downtown allowed us to walk to many restaurants and stores. We will be back!

Wonderful yard & good location

I did not actually end up staying at the property overnight due to wildfires in the area, but I can say that I really appreciated the great communication from the property owners and one (of the two) property managers. The yard is so fantastic for a dog —- wish we could have stayed!!

Good night in Bend

Just a solid rental just outside of the grid of downtown. Perfect for dogs or someone looking for a quaint spot. Backyard is big and deck is good for relaxing. Nothing bad to say, just a bit smaller. Thanks again!

Big beautiful yard

When you first walk on the property you see a lovely tiny house with a giant yard with a very beautiful green lawn. 😍 The house overall was OK. The pictures online made it look a bit nicer, the floor seemed soft in some spots which was concerning. The kitchen was small and cute and had many kitchen items you would need. And the bedroom was nice and welcoming with a comfortable bed. This location was nice for people who love beer. ❤️ boneyard taproom was behind the house abd Crux was only a 5 minute walk across the road. I would come back here again.

What a great location!

Easy walking to Downtown, the Old Mill District, and the Podski Food truck and Box Factory area. The dogs loved the yard and we were able walk with them to Crux and Bend Brewing and sit in their large outdoor areas. A fun time was had by all!

We are an outdoor-loving family that includes two parents, a five year-old son, and a 14-year old terrier. We moved to Bend, Oregon about four years ago now and have loved being here.

Why they chose this property

This is a property located right between two great neighborhoods in Bend, the downtown area and a neighborhood that has a number of restaurants like Miyagi Ramen, breweries like Crux, and a great grocery store called Market of Choice. We love how easy it is to get to everything.

What makes this property unique

The house was built in 1920 and has a ton of historic feel to it. It's located in a historic district as well, so the whole neighborhood feels rooted and friendly.
