The host was very attentive to our needs when we could not get the shower to work. It is right on the beach with great access and view. We had a great time with two dogs and a 1.5 year old!

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this area of NMB and stay in this area every year. We found this gem of a condo and really liked the rocking chairs on the oceanfront balcony. Kitchen and eating areas were spacious as was the living room that had comfortable seating with a large flat screen tv. The walkway to the beach had an outdoor shower area making it easy to rinse off sand from chairs, toys, and feet. A few dislikes were the king mattresses that need replacing as they were lumpy and very uncomfortable, balcony is small making it difficult to move around when family of 4+ are seated around the table, and there is only one elevator. Overall, I rate this condo as 8/10 and would stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We enjoyed this unit! It was perfect for our elderly family members with the open kitchen island, rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the beach and easily accessible shower.The management company is second to none! Jeanne takes care of everything to ensure a seamless visit so we could focus on our vacation!Highly recommended!
