Cosy studio for rent for short-term stays, with a separate entrance through the garage. A comfortable, fully renovated space in a quiet location, the house is set against the ocean, making it excellent for water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, as well as beach walks with a sensational view of Florianópolis’s most beautiful sunsets. The island’s best restaurants are highlights of the Santo Antônio de Lisboa culinary tour, along with markets, convenience stores, a bus stop right outside, a pharmacy, beauty salons, and easy access to city centre (13 km), the northern beaches of the island (10 km), and Lagoa da Conceição (17 km). Pets are welcome.
