It was a super easy process all-around. The house was very clean and it felt like home! It was better equipped than any other VRBO we’ve stayed in. The beds were super comfortable, quality! We loved it.

Great house in Cape Coral

We loved staying at this property in Cape Coral. The house was very clean and prepared for the renters. The house is beautifully decorated inside.The house manager Chris was extremely helpful and was in touch with us before the trip and when we had any questions. We had a question about the internet speed and it was addressed by Chris super quickly and we really appreciated his help. The kitchen was well stocked and house manager thought through in regards to the items needed (many towels, extra blankets, etc). There were even sun umbrellas and beach chairs which was very helpful for a day at the beach with kids. The house has beautiful private dock area and wonderful pool with water views and has access to the canal and ocean. I would highly recommend this property for a family visit and we would stay at the property again when in the area.

Beautiful home. Perfect Covid getaway.

This home is beautifully decorated and kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. Conveniently located for easy day trips to Fort Myers and Sanibel. Spent most of our time enjoying the sunshine and the pool. Chris was great to work with and very responsive if we needed anything. Will stay again the next time we are in the area.

We Couldn’t Have Picked a Better Place!

This home is a MUST for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area. It is easily accessible in a quiet cul de sac, with the ability to park in the home’s garage. The home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, with lots of space and more extras than you can even imagine! We found coolers, pool floats, beach chairs and umbrella, games, puzzles, books, and bluetooth speakers to use by the pool, just to name a few! The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need to craft a delicious meal, including lots of spices. The lanai and pool area are absolutely beautiful with a great dining table, comfy couches and chairs, and two chaise lounges for use. The sunset views over the canal view from the pool are unmatched! We went out almost every night around sunset and were never disappointed. The most appealing part of this home, however, involved the rental company that rents it, Destinations in Paradise and the owner/manager, Chris. We had a last minute snafu with another rental company and had to book this home last minute. Chris made a personal call to me four days prior to our trip to introduce himself, tell me about the house and area, and offer me the chance to ask questions that I might have. I have NEVER had a rental property manager do that before! Chris also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome, checked in regularly, and gave us his cell phone so that we could reach him at any time should we have any issues or questions while we were at the property. This gave us such comfort knowing we could reach out! If we book in this area again, Chris will definitely be our first call. Thank you, Chris and Destinations in Paradise, for an unforgettable week in Cape Coral!
