- Fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook and many terrific restaurants nearby if you don't.

A Place at the Beach is located in beautiful Atlantic Beach. This portion of Atlantic Beach has the widest beach on the island. This oceanview condo is on the courtyard side of Building L overlooking the playground, large pool with waterslide, and a great view of the ocean. Building L, where unit 210 is located, has an elevator and a coin operated laundry - both located very close to the condo. This condo is in a resort location with many amenities, such as: large pool with waterslide, indoor pool with jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, playground for the kids, mini golf, table tennis, shuffleboard, corn hole, outdoor bowling, lighted tennis court and basketball court, gas and charcoal grills, picnic tables, gazebo with swing to watch the sunsets, and direct beach access. All needed extras are available for check out in the resort office from tennis racquets to corn hole bags.

A Place at the Beach offers free WiFi and onsite security.

The town of Atlantic Beach also has a very nice skate park, splash pad and playground a short distance from the resort.

Enjoyable family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The staff at “A place at the beach” take their jobs very seriously, so there was a little hiccup in the check in process. However, overall we had a great stay. The owners were very responsive to questions . The pool was very nice and the water slide was so fun for the kids. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at A Place at the Beach. Lots of fun things to do and right on the beach. The kitchen in this unit was a galley type kitchen with not much room to cook. Perfect if you plan to eat out most of the time.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation! My daughters and I enjoyed all the amenities and easy access to the beach. Only issue was internet was spotty because they were working on it during our stay which my young adult children were not a fan of lol. Everything else was perfect and the place is beautiful!

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and comfortable for the three of us (2 adults and 1 child). We had a great view of the pool, grounds and beach. The only improvement that could be made is the kitchen equipment needs an upgrade as some of the posts were very dated (one had rust in the bottom. Overall we had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay at A Place At The Beach. While the property is a bit dated....(I don't ever mind that as long as the unit is clean.) The unit, bathrooms and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The location and ammenities are very nice-(beach access and nice pool and property.) We had a wifi password issued that the owner was able to help us with. My negative is that the couch was extremely dirty and stained- to the point that we kept towels on it for our stay. If it were not for the couch I would have given 5 stars.

This property was perfect for two people. We love staying at A Place At The Beach because of the location, easy access to the beach and the many opportunities for fun activities. The condo was clean and has easy access to stairs. We had some difficulties with the key on check in but the manager's office was on top of it. Great customer service. Nice place, great for families

The place at the beach is in a nice quiet location, but if you are looking for an adult only place to relax at the pool or by the beach you may want to consider a different location. This is a perfect spot for families to bring their children. A lot of amenities to keep the children busy.

Beautiful "Flip flop Bungalow"!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your property. We loved the resort and the quietness, the manicured lawn, and that it provides a security guard. Everything was clean and in excellent conditions. I highly recommend it as one of the best in the area.

Atlantic Beach Trip

The property was a good size for our family of 5. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. The location to restaurants and shopping was really nice as well. My kids loved the pool and the slide. Being close to the beach made it an overall great experience.

Wonderful trip

My family had a wonderful vacation. The amenities were amazing-pool with a water slide, mini golfing, beach, food trucks, poolside bingo- we were never bored. Sitting out on the deck was always relaxing. We were close enough to restaurants and other things to do also! The internet was spotty in the condo which would impact the Roku but nothing to be worried about! Looking forward to many more trips here!

I would do a 4.5 rating honestly. The take aways are there was sand in the apartment (not too shocking - it’s the beach) but there was substantial dust in areas. The kitchen is galley and hard to do much in at all (try to eat out). It is also has small moving room but with the amenities, it’s not a huge problem. The porch door was very hard to open and didn’t seem stable but we kept it unlocked. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the mattress covers made a lot of noise. But good place to snack up, shower and sleep. Amazing amenities and so close to the beach. It is a great stay and we will definitely come back to the community next year.

Great place to stay

The property was fantastic and the condo was very nice. The perfect size for our family. We only had one issue, we placed shells found on the banister outside the condo and every morning we came out to head to the beach and someone had pushed the shells off the banister down several floors to the ground. Wish people would supervise their children and teens and teach them how to treat other people’s property.

Great place!

The only thing I found was the property was not clean, I chose to go buy cleaning supplies, trash bags. Other than that it was absolutely great place, My kid had the best time, it was very family oriented. I will be going back just hope the cleaning people do a better job.

Regina, I'm so sorry our unit was not clean! I sent the supervisor who is in charge of cleaning a message. She said she would look into the situation and make sure this didn't happen again.
