Your vacation in Porto Seguro

This is a new 170-square-meter property, fully fenced, built on a 525-meter lot, located in the Outeiro da Glória gated community, about 1 km from city centre.
At the end of your stay, you will be CHARGED R$ 1.00 (one real) for each kWh of electricity consumed.
The house features a covered garage for one car with an electronic gate and space for one additional vehicle inside, as well as a swimming pool and a brick barbecue, which is located on the property’s patio, where there is one wooden table with six chairs.
The house has Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, range hood, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, microwave, a pressure cooker, cookware sets, glasses, silverware, plates, cups, serving platters, a popcorn maker, etc. We also provide an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine.
The living room has a 47" smart TV, two wooden sofas—one a 3-seater and the other a 4-seater—and a wooden table with eight chairs;
One comfortable suite with two queen-size beds, a 32" TV, and air conditioning, a second suite with a walk-in closet, featuring one double bed and one single bed, and a bedroom with three single beds—all three with air conditioning. There is also one guest bathroom, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
The property also features:
- one covered parking space in the garage, with room for two additional cars inside the property;
- automatic gate with remote control;
- intercom;
- private pool and garden throughout the property;

The house is in a gated community with 24-hour security, where you can safely go for walks or bike rides; there is also a small supermarket/convenience store, and the community is close to city centre and the beaches.
You can rent a car right at the airport, which makes sightseeing easier for those arriving by plane, since there’s no need to take a taxi—which is generally more expensive than renting a car; From the city of Porto Seguro, you can visit the districts of Arraial d’Ajuda, Trancoso, and Caraíva, as well as the famous Praia do Espelho; you can also explore the beaches of Coroa Vermelha.
