This unit has all new luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, queen upholstered platform beds with 12" memory foam mattresses, remote control led ceiling fans, luxurious bath with rainfall shower head and modern toilet with soft close lid, fully equipped kitchen with marble backsplash and soft close cabinets. All lamps bedroom lamps have usb charging ports, 2 49" roku tv's with cable in the den, private balcony, washer/dryer, keurig elite, and more!!
