Wonderful little place

I was really impressed with the clarity of the instructions to reach and enter the property, made it really easy to get in and get settled in after a long journey!Really nice breakfast options left.Very clean and got great sleeps.A fabulous little place in a wonderful part of the country with easy access to local attractions and eateries.

Great little overnight stay

Great value for money. Note it’s outside of the village and it’s about 25mins to the local pub. But great little overnight stay, easy communication.

Wonderful stay!

The property is exactly as described and communication with the manager was excellent. Particularly loved the touch of bread/milk/OJ/tea/coffee etc.. The walk through the garden gate to the bridle path up into the village was beautiful. My only critism was the shower, despite instructions on how to get it hot, we were unable to so had to have cold showers. I would definately recommend and would absoluety stay there again.

Exactly as described and a functional but also quite pleasant apartment. Very easy to find and check in and out. And by far the most reasonable price I could find in the area. Would say it’s a slightly weird area in that there’s nothing around it but a derelict barn, would make for a good horror film location. But I think that adds character

Great value!

We stayed in Blyth studio flat. It is basic but has everything we needed. The shower is a bit of a challenge to get working especially in the mornings. The location is great and we enjoyed walking across the common into Walberswick and across the common & bridge to Southwold. It's ideal for a visit to Minsmere and we also visited Sutton Hoo. Highly recommend The Black Dog Deli in Walberswick and Sole Bay Fish Co on the Southwold side of the river for excellent fish and chips. Would stay here again.

Peaceful break

Beautiful location. Easy access to Walberswick. Perfect for relaxing holiday with friends, family, children and dogs. Clean ,quiet and comfortable. Would love to stay again with my grandchildren next time.

Great base for exploring the coast

Really great base for exploring the coast. Stayed with a friend and it had all we needed. Was warm, comfortable, well equipped and the hosts were very quick to respond.

Comfortable property

Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were ample size. Location was fine, but unfortunately we had forgotten our head torches, so couldn't walk on the path at night to Walberswick for something to eat. We were also unlucky because the people below us were talking loudly until after 1.30 am at night and so we had a bad night's sleep. The property was clean and there were some breakfast things supplied, but no sink in the kitchen area to wash the dishes. I would say it was perfectly fine for one or two nights. Walberswick and Southwold are both lovely and there are plenty walks and things to do nearby.

Lovely clean premises.

Lovely clean premises, which is also dog 🐕 friendly and very easy to find. The check in system was simple and we had a lovely surprise when we found breakfast essentials waiting for us on arrival. We had a great stay and I would recommend this venue to anyone thinking of going to Southwold and looking for a place to stay which is great value for money, If we go back to visit this area we would not think twice about booking this here again! If you’re an early riser this is the perfect place for you as the local cockerel 🐔 will make sure you see the sunrise. 🤣🤣
