We are located inside the National Park Plitvice lakes., near the biggest lake Kozjak, and the most beautiful waterfall.

Our villa is sorrounded by greenery and unspoiled nature, it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi,terrace and furnished garden with barbecue.
Our place is a vacation resort oasis offering the perfect combination of relaxation, with an active vacation and entertainment.

Plitvice Lakes: Stunning property
Great 2 night stay!
Room was top notch.
Staff made it, especially the head manager/checkin clerk/ waiter/lunch maker/ park ticket buyer.... yes its almost a one-man-show!
Walking distance from Station 1 of the park, so it was super convenient!
All the food here was great!!! Thx again for everything guys

Great place
Centar of the plitvicke lakes with lake view from the garden. Great hosts. Clean rooms and delicios food and drink. We recomend.
