fun in havasu

my partner and I came to Havasu to join up with friends. The location is awesome, the view is awesome. My only complaint is all the mouse droppings on the outside counters and table. The floors on the interior hadn't been swept and the carpets were very dirty.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:-The droppings on the deck were actually from bats. To deter them, we've installed foil and have routine pest control. We monitor this closely.-Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Great location.

The unit is close to the beach, comfortable, and provides all the amenities of home. The owner has plans to remove the downstairs rug. Was unable to use the outside kitchen area due to signs of mice.

Great Location

Loved our stay. I met my sister in LasVegas and we drove down. Trailer was smaller then expected but was very well maintained and updated. Huge screened in porch for coffee in am or wine in the evening. Sunsets were gorgeous ! You’re in walking distance to shopping and dining. Note: You can’t stand up in loft, ceiling is low. There is a small store in the complex that sells some necessities, water and beer. Also a big plus is walking trail adjacent to park. I would rent again. Owner was very responsive to any issues.

Beautiful View of Marina & Lake

Property was clean & had a beautiful sunset view looking over the marina & the lake from the large patio deck. Conveniently located close to the marina. Also A plus was a clean public restroom with showers across the way which helped when you have 5 adults staying in a one bathroom home.
