The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Garry Oaks subdivision of Nanoose Bay, surrounded by rare Garry Oaks and Arbutus trees and firs. This 600sqft suite is attached to and below the owners' new home (built in 2019) and comes fully furnished and offers spectacular views onto Nanoose Bay itself and mountains of Vancouver Island.

Covered deck extends the length and breadth of the suite.
South facing property 60m above sea level with access to the bay available. Shopping centre including grocery store, liquor store, dental clinic and drug store only 1.5km away.

Amazing view, great location

The cleanest VRBO I’ve ever been in, inside and out. Larger than it looks like in the pictures. Even though there are houses around, it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts make sure you have anything you need. A good home base to check out the surrounding areas.

Island stay

Owners were very friendly. Great view from deck overlooking Nanoose bay. Watching nesting eagles and deer was very entertaining. Central location great for exploring island. Very nice suit.

Nice apartment with a view

The apartment is very nice and functional! The house is quite new, with good windows that seal properly and interesting infrared heating from the ceiling. Everything works well. I enjoyed the water saving shower handset very much, although there's also an overhead rainshshower if you want to. The kitchen is fully equipped, a joy to work in. I had a really nice stay, the hosts are very accommodating.
