Located in Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio in a closed private domain in a quiet area and not overlooked.
Villa on one level, fully air-conditioned, classified 4 stars;
The 5 bedrooms all have bay windows giving access to a magnificent tree-lined, flat, enclosed garden and a heated and secure swimming pool; beautiful terraces. bowling alley at the back of the villa, ping pong table. BBQ available.
Good quality equipment and bedding.
'Return from the beach' area consisting of a shower, WC and laundry.
Personalized welcome with visit of the villa.
All amenities are nearby (900m from the center of Saint Lucia). The beautiful beach of Fautéa is 3 min by car and that of Pinarello 8 min;
Sailing school, boat rental and tennis in Pinarello.
