Loved the location to Main St

We absolutely loved the location near Main St. We visited in the summer and wanted to be in walking distance to everything in town. The view of Maggie Pond and the mountains was stunning! Condo was perfectly appointed for our family of 4. The only two things we would change is 1. Ceiling fans for bedrooms 2. The check in process was rough. You have to check in at another location on Main street. That wasn't terrible, but we didn't have a parking spot in the garage until day 2 of our trip. Unloading all of our luggage and not having a parking spot was stressful. We had never been to Breck, so we were still getting our bearings on the ski village buildings, etc. It would have been helpful to know there were temporary unloading parking spots in the garage that we could have used while unloading. There were also a few public parking spots ww could have paid to use. Were not told about those at check in. Instead we had to pay 35.00 a night at the ice skating rink parking lot that was a 10 min walk away. After the rocky start of unloading and no parking, we had a wonderful week!

Did the trick, but unlikely to rebook

Pros: great building location, 4th floor unit, kid friendly indoor pool to accommodate poor weather Cons: distant/tight spaced and not guaranteed parking, no house keeping performed (3 day 2 night stay), minimal toiletries provided, arduous email/paper/Check in process, convoluted access system whereby key-cards are required (yet they deactivate when you set them near cell phones which obviously is where you place in wallet), and funky mandatory app for other access points, bedding and furniture quite dated, booking requires you provide w/ email and then you get all these unconsented email marketing blasts after you stay that you have to annoyingly unsubscribe from
