The Hikka Resort is a five-star self-catering holiday villa featuring seven air-conditioned bedrooms, providing guests with a private and peaceful retreat. The property spans across 2000 square meters of private land and is located just 800 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the Hikkaduwa river. The main tourist area and beach of Hikkaduwa are only 1.5km away, easily accessible by walking, tuk-tuk taxi, or bike ride.

The ground floor of the villa features a large veranda, a spacious sitting hall with comfortable sofas, a large TV with channels, and a dining table suitable for 12 people. The three deluxe bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms complete the ground floor. For your comfort, there is a 4.5-ton standing air conditioning unit on the ground floor which you can use to cool the sitting and dining areas. Sri Lanka has a tropical climate, and this option provides you with a luxury living experience.

On the first floor, you'll find three deluxe air-conditioned bedrooms with attached en-suite bathrooms. The seventh bedroom is like a large semi-suite, which has a private Jacuzzi and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The first floor also has a spacious sitting area and a large balcony.

The villa is fully furnished and offers 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a kid's pool ideal for groups of holidaymakers and families. Additionally, you'll have access to free 24/7 Fiber optic internet, hot water in every bathroom, and satellite TV channels. Our staff will clean the villa twice a week and change linen and towels, and the swimming pool is cleaned daily. To ensure your security, the outside of the property is secured through CCTV.

The property is stunning, great facilities and a beautiful swimming pool and garden.

Sri Lanka is a stunning country, our stay was made even better by the attention to detail from the staff at Hikkaduwa resort. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they were friendly and everything ran seamlessly. Because of this we had a relaxing worry free holiday where we were able to have a good mix between sight seeing and relaxation. I can honestly say that I have never been anywhere before where I have been made to feel so welcome by local people. We were able to employ a cook (a local woman) who cooked us some stunning traditional curries and local dishes, she also showed us the best local markets to shop in. Visits included Yala to see the wild life, the inland lagoons, Kandy, the Tsunami museum and the rainforest. A fantastic stay in a place to be recommended.

Lovely villa with a nice pool.

The villa we stayed in was very homely. I don't think the photos we saw beforehand did it justice. There was construction going on while we were there but it was fine. It was a little warm in the communal area and there was no AC there, there was only AC in the bedrooms. I would recommend staying in this villa. It was the perfect distance from the town so it was quite but still close enough to walk.
