Freshly painted throughout with new flooring, new living room furniture and flat-screened high-def TV. The bedrooms also have brand new furniture including beds; a king-sized bed in the master and two full-sized beds in the guest room. Both bedrooms have flat-screened hi-def TVS as well! The entire unit has been accessorized in a charming beach decor and is equipped with wireless Internet access.
The laundry room is conveniently located right outside the front door. The apartment comes with a covered parking space and there is additional parking for guests.
