Boasting three separate lounges and a media room, the space affords ample opportunity for solitude, even when traveling with others.

The spacious gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a 90cm Smeg oven, a butler’s pantry, and high-quality cooking implements.

The residence is appointed with luxurious bedding, premium furniture, and large smart TVs complemented by a Bose Wave Sound System, all ensuring a stay that is both restful and indulgent.
Outside, the entertainment area features a Webber BBQ, alfresco dining, and comfortable lounges.

A double lock-up garage protects your vehicle from the elements, while Yamba’s array of cafes and restaurants are merely a leisurely walk away. For golf enthusiasts, the property provides exclusive access to the golf course.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our 2 families. The house was very new, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A short walk to pippis beach and easy distance from the centre of Yamba. Thanks for a great stay!

Old girls reunion

The property was perfect for 3 couples, an open plan kitchen dining area and a lovely patio where we sat every night, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed even zip lock bags etc. It's a short walk to town and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

What a lovely home. Over the years we’ve stayed at many properties in Yamba. This was by far the best, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The entire house was beautiful and very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back
