With scenic views across McLaren Vale to Port Willunga and Maslins Beach the property is well suited to retreat style breaks, touring weekends with family and friends and relaxing stays. Expansive ocean views from the front of the house offer memorable sunsets views over the Gulf St Vincent and vineyard landscapes. Accessed via a private driveway the house features a cooktop, microwave, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Filtered water is supplied through dual taps in the kitchen sink.
