Ideal location for Ski Cooper and downtown Leadville. Great kitchen and plenty of space to unwind after a long day on the mountain. Will be back again next year.
This property was amazing. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. We were here for the Leadville 100 and found this house to be exactly what we needed.
This place was great for our crew! The house is stunning with amazing views of the mountains and easy access to Leadville for race related activities. The house is well stocked for cooking needs and has a huge laundry room for stinky clothes. We would definitely stay here again!
Overall, a fantastic property! We’d recommend for families in large groups. Love the location and all of the amenities, including the large kitchen. Close to ski Cooper and town.
Perfect house for family of 6, could have daily fit 2 more,
Great kitchen/ space/ location. Comfortable master bedroom and great family room space. We would def book this house again if back in Leadville.
This property was in an amazing location. Roads were plowed after snowing 11+ inches, but would still recommend a vehicle with 4WD. Bathroom soap felt cheap but house was overall incredible.
The online description was accurate and more! Breathe taking views and a gorgeous, clean home! It was perfectly equipped and decorated appropriately. We will definitely be back next year!

We liked everything from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The property has everything you need. We were traveling with a baby, and even though a crib wasn't available, there were plenty of beds in the house. The location is very quiet with an amazing million-dollar view. It's a nice escape from the heat.
Spacious. Great beds. Gorgeous view. Convenient location for Ski Cooper. Room for wiggley kids. We will definitely put it on our let’s do this again list.
The perfect place to relax. Less than 15 minutes to all our activities (Ski Cooper, snowmobiling, shopping in downtown Leadville). We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The house gave us room to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed. It had everything we needed to make our meals after a day of activities. The kids loved the heated floors - though we never quite figured out how that was controlled. While we were out and about most of this trip, I want to return to enjoy a snowy day playing games or putting together a puzzle. Communication was clear and the house was just what we were looking for to enjoy our first winter visit to Colorado. Only thing that would have made it better was if we had an extra day or two. Oh - Garage access was an added bonus!
Overall we loved the space and had a great time. A few suggestions for the owners: Expand your guest info and instruction book. Please put chains on the fan lights in the living room, place something in each bedroom for which a suitcase(s) can be up off the floor, be sure that all drains are draining adequately, add where additional sheets, hand towels, toilet paper, soap, etc...can be found, especially for 8-10 people.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We provide a digital guest book with complete info about the home as well as activity and restaurant information. We are always expanding this information. It is located in the arrival letter which provides you the access information. Perhaps you did not see the link? The owner is adding a chain for the living room fan. We provide a starter amount of all amenities and any additional supplies needed for a longer stay can be purchased at the local grocery store. The drain situation was taken care of as soon as it was reported and is no longer an issue. We hope to host your next stay in Leadville!

Hot water tank went out.
The house was lovely, well stocked and very comfortable for our group of 6 people.
Two issues negatively impacted our experience which will keep us from renting from this property management company in the future.
1) check-in process was cumbersome. While the agent sent an email with the check in information, it was sent 19 days in advance from an obscure email that ended up in my junk mail. It was difficult to reach the agent and communication was poor the day of check in. VRBO helped to resolve the issue but didn’t have the agent’s current contact so it took two hours to resolve the problem. Reception is poor at the house, until you connect to their WiFi, so I had to drive into town and wait until I could reach the agent.
2) No hot water for two days. The agent called it a minor inconvenience with no concern that a house of 6 was unable to bathe and my husband who was racing in the Leadville 100 could not shower before the race. The repair man came and was unable to make the repair, but the agent reported it was fixed. The second day the HVAC guy repaired the system and reported the system had been broken for a year. The recommendation was to replace the unit but it had not been done. The agent disregarded our concerns, offered an insulting compensation while stating they had other properties to manage. I don’t view this as a minor inconvenience. Nice house, terrible customer service.
The cabin is beautiful! A gourmet kitchen with everything you need. A beautiful wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the large, open living area. The beds and bedding are extremely comfy.. Tracy was super helpful when I left my phone and she mailed to me! Would highly recommend.
Loved staying at this property. Home was warm and inviting with plenty of room for our family to hang out, play games, catch up and watch movies. House had everything we needed!
Beautiful views!
Enjoyed our stay. House was nicely appointed with everything we needed. Very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. And what a view! The roof had a leak right before we arrived, making one of the bedrooms mostly unusable. We shuffled things around and made it work, the property manager did a good job of working with us and getting it taken care of.
Gorgeous view of the mountains, large kitchen and great room for our family gathering sitting around the wood fireplace. Located off the beaten trail, however, close to all amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with cook wear. Would stay here again. We would have preferred less bunk beds as we were all older adults. The lighting could have been a bit better...simply some dimmers in the great room.
This house suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious, clean, excellent location to Ski Cooper and a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again on our next visit Leadville, winter or summer.
Gorgeous views! Beautiful home! Clean! Comfortable beds! Easy to get in touch with owners! Nice kitchen. We prepared meals there easily. For saying it sleeps 10 could use another couch or chairs in living area. But really no complaints. Enjoyed our stay. We were given two differing addresses but figured it out easily. The app was a nice way to see all your info for the house.
