Great location in a good complex

We had a great weekend at 12 Riverview. It’s well equipped and had everything we needed. The accomodation was well located and had beautiful sunset views from the balcony. Will definitely go again.

Boat’s going out in the early morning didn’t wake us up, so that is a plus. BBQ area and pool where great and well maintained. We would highly recommend this accommodation to our friends and anyone.

Nice Townhouse in Poorly Managed Complex

Unit we stayed was a renovated recently and provided with good quality linen and well maintained. It was a great unit for our requirements. However most facultative the complex were not maintained and very old. These include swimming pool, cafes, children’s play areas and even condition of roads inside. It must be party due to recent storm and less tourists in town.

The unit was perfectly comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was close enough to walk to supermarket, cafes, pubs, etc. And right on the foreshore for lovely walks and paddles and opposite the jetty where the kids could fish.The unit was clean and the manager was most helpful with the couple of queries we had. The aircon was essential and it worked a treat.When we weren't out exploring, we enjoyed the pool. The onsite laundry was also very handy.

The property was neat and maintained, but I am disappointed that it advertised as having access to outdoor spas as this is the reason I spent the exuberant cost to rent the property for the weekend. Turns out the spas are decommissioned. Was not told this nor did it alter the cost of the apartment. Also, for what we paid, I would of thought there would of been more luxuries provided. There wasnt even soap. So yes, it was a neat maintained property, but overpriced for what is provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot. The unit was clean with all the amenities in good condition. The aircon was nice and cold and the showers were hot (very hot). The spiral staircase is not for the fainthearted, I wouldn't recommend the 2 storey units for little kids or the elderly or anyone who would have difficulty climbing up and down a steep ladder.Kalbarri is still (Mar22) recovering from the cyclone, so there was some maintenance being carried out around the resort, nothing too disturbing and after a long day exploring in 40c heat the pool was refreshingly cold, with bbqs nearby and plenty of seating. The pool area provides a lovely chilled atmosphere in the evening but would have been better if it stayed open past 8pm.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

How's the Serenity!

Fantastic location and very well maintained apartment. Having the river/ocean views and extra level was a bonus and after a bad experience last time I was up here it was great to arrive at an apartment that was clean and looked like it had been cared for. Thank you.
