Exactly as described. Perfect for our vacation. Pool was warm. Unit was clean. Easy check in and out. Parking could be a bit of a hassle, people not parking and leaving enough room for others to park. People using the parking area for access to the beach, even with it being marked for guest only.

Great Stay across the beach. Apartment was nice. However, all cooking pts and pans need to be replaced. Small bathroom in the master bedroom was not clean, shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Thank you, Herbert — we're glad you had a great stay at Seagrass Flats, right across from the beach. We appreciate you flagging the cookware and the master bath; we've asked our housekeeping team to give that bathroom extra attention and are replacing the pots, pans, and shower curtain. We hope to welcome you back to Siesta Key soon!

Everything was great for our trip and the location was perfect! We had everything we needed, and if not there were plenty of close by stores! There was a tiny issue with ants in the kitchen but there was a spray under the sink that helped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
