Awesome Stay

The apartment was beautiful and had everything I needed. I fully enjoyed all of the entertainment options on the television. My only complaint is that I did not stay long enough. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you.

Property was excellent, pool bar and pool was great, views of the coastal, and ocean was perfect, stff was very friendly, condo was very comfortable, plenty of places to eat. Overall ratings would be 41/2 stars and we would definitely come back. Joe and Kathy A.

Very Nice Condo

The people on-site (valet and front desk) are fabulous. Communication with host (management company) was good. Place was clean. Only negative is that we didn’t learn about required $25/day for valet (or chance limited paid parking on the street) until day before (we were there for 14 days). Thankfully the host/management company worked with us on this “surprise” parking cost and for that they get 5 stars.

Not the best experience at all

Check in was challenging. The app did not open the door even though instructions were followed. No one was available to guide me. I have stayed at the Tiffany house for months in. different unit so the security people knew me and helped me. The ice maker never worked. The lights were constantly flashing in the refrigerator. The glass cocktail table was unstable and dangerous, he dryer was making a huge noice. Although they had a handyman come to fix the dryer, within a day later it did the same. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on and just did not have a good experience. The unit was not kept up at all. The location is great and that was the only positive thing. Would never stay in this unit again!

Superb Property

The property is in a recently built condominium building and all of the units are finished to a high quality and are well equipped for contemporary modern living. The view from the rooftop bar and swimming pool is stunning. The location is great with the beach just a few minutes walk away where complimentary sun beds and towels are available. There are also many great restaurants within easy walking distance. The property overlooks the intracoastal waterway and there is a water taxi stop just a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great location and host

We came in for a long weekend and had an enjoyable time. The unit was clean and pictures were accurate and location was ideal. Archie checked in on us during our stay and the check in process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.
