The Space:

Welcome to this beachside retreat nestled within the Sebel Resort—perfect for groups or family gatherings. Sink into the comfortable sofas in the ground-floor living area and enjoy movie nights by the cosy gas fireplace. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher and ample counter for easy meal prep. Share meals around the eight-seater dining table or step outside to the patio for casual alfresco dining, with seating for four surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant blooms. Fire up the BBQ or relax on the outdoor lounges with a book on warm summer evenings as the sun slips behind Cape Naturaliste.



Settle into four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private ensuite. Recharge in the primary suite on the first floor, featuring a built-in wardrobe, TV, and a private balcony—perfect for savouring your morning coffee. Wake up refreshed in the other three queen-sized bedrooms, greeted by lush greenery views. The primary ensuite invites you to freshen up with a soothing bathtub, while the others provide generous vanities and showers. Escape upstairs to the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a second living area with access to a private balcony where you can soak up leafy views from a sun lounger. Take advantage of in-unit laundry facilities, complete with a washer and dryer.



Dive into fun with complimentary access to a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool (BYO towels), tennis courts, a gym, and a games room—perfect for unplugging as there’s no Wi-Fi available. Parking for two cars is provided, with additional guest parking in the resort. Entry is via the main reception for secure, easy access.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves and access to the resort's shared facilities including two pools, a tennis court, games room and gym. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This retreat is just minutes from Geographe Bay, ideal for a morning swim or fishing in its crystal-clear waters. After soaking up the sun, grab a bite at Claudios Bakehouse or just around the corner Groper's Fish & Chips. As the sun sets, stroll five minutes to Tonic by the Bay for beachside drinks. For dinner, savour the local favourite porchetta at Ooze and Tang, or head to Amelia Park Lodge for their signature lamb roast, both just a two-minute drive away. Further explore the area by visiting the jetty and Underwater Observatory, just a nine-minute away. The Margaret River wine region is only 15 minutes from your home, with standout stops like Lentedal and Mongrel Creek Wines.



Getting Around:

Parking: Please note there is a garage at the property that can accommodate 2 cars. Any other cars or vehicles will need to be parked in guest parking at the resort. Access to the property is through the resort's main entrance at reception and please note that there is only space enough for two cars at the property, although there is more parking available off-site close by.



Public transport: The nearest bus stop is roughly a 10-minute walk.



Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
