Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all your eating utensils and pack them away. if time runs out please ensure they are put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on.
Please strip the beds of used sheets and pillow cases leaving in a corner of each room used . If any marks , sweat or dirt on duvet cover please strip and leave with dirty sheets and pillow cases.
If you have been given coloured spare towels and haven't washed them as asked please put them in a hot wash. Do not put in any white towels with coloured towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Oceania Peace is the perfect holiday home for a family or 2 to meet up and spare special time in the delightful seaside haven of Yamba with its world-famous surf breaks, perfect beaches and a town with the right amount of buzz. Yamba should be Australia’s favourite beach escape. Oceania Peace is ideally located. While enjoying the quietness of suburbia and the proximity to the beach , town is still within easy walking distance.

Its the only 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachside home . Meters to dolphin park and beach. An enclosed garden with fruit trees to be enjoyed in season, is a welcome place for your pet too.
