Come and stay on this beautifully Upstairs Unit floor unit recently renovated home with no details ignored for you to enjoy away from the city with your loved one or family.
Rent the 2nd floor unit of this 2 unit home provided as in the pictures. Included are 2 bedrooms and 3 washrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.
Main floor unit is currently occupied.

Cook, eat and drink in a very beautiful kitchen with open space for entertaining your loved ones and yourself. Gas fireplace by the TV. Cook with all new appliances : dishwasher, refrigerator and stove and 72" TV.
Walk out to a new balcony and enjoy a gas firepit or hangout at the front deck while bbqing and overlooking the lake across the street with a glass of wine or a beer. There are 3 lake entrances for the public in both directions of the home within walking distance (9th line and 10th line beaches) or enjoy yourself across the street at the private beach.
Quiet and beautiful streets away from the noisy city. Short driving distance from grocery stores and restaurants and gas station. Welcome home...

Family getaway

Beautiful property, would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, we even extended a few days because it was available! The place was clean and everything was available. We had the option of visiting 3 close beaches that were simply beautiful! We would definitely book again!

Fantastic vacation

Excellent property!!! We stayed at the cottage for a few weeks this summer. The house is very comfortable, nice decor, welcoming, super clean, comfortable beds and has everything required for kitching and more. The front porch overlooking the lake was an excellent spot for breakfast and BBQing. In the evenings we enjoyed a campfire in the large and cozy backyard. Nearby beach was a fantastic addition to keep the kids busy and away from video games. The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They went over and above to help us make this vacation a success! Thank you!!! We look forward to returning.

Perfect place

From the moment we walk in we fell in love with the cottage. Everything was just right. Modern design made the cottage feel bright and spacious . Relaxing Lakefront Vacation

We stayed for 2 weeks at Walters modern lakefront property and were sad when it was time to go home. We enjoyed both large decks, BBQ and the fire pit in the backyard was perfect for roasting s'mores in the evening. The beach access was amazing as a avid paddleboarder it was so convenient. We also took advantage of the other beaches in the area that were just a few minutes walk away. Walter was a great host and we would highly recommend this place. We will be booking again in the future.

Relaxing lakefront getaway

We had a relaxing, comfortable family getaway at Walter's new & great lakefront property. :) Thx for your hospitality. Will be happy to book again. Great place, very convenient location, calm and friendly environment

The property was very clean with large spaces inside. Our host, Walter, was very friendly and always has been in assistance when we needed it. Calm place located in very convenient location that is literally steps from the lake and in close proximity of other beaches, parks and harbour, so we could really choose where to spend our quality time. All in all, we highly recommend this place and the host, Walter, and we are looking forward to go there again!

No locks, rented to multiple people at the same time

No locks in the unit. The upstairs is rented also. Felt very unsafe during the stay. We’re forced to park in the street and received parking tickets. Owner promised to cover and did not. The owner asked for a nice review and when we didn’t write it slapped us with “damage” fees after our stay. I was not going to write the review; however, he just gave me a bad review. Will not be back. Be ware!

Very private and comfortable !

The rental was very conveniently located across the street to the lake where there is a beach and park for a young family. The unit is very clean and with nice modern finishes. We felt very private and secure. The town of innisfield is conveniently located down the street. We had a very warm nice stay and would recommend this rental. Maybe in the summer we try it out again. Thank you !
