What an amazingly beautiful property. My family and I had a wonderful vacation made better by the seamless process and clear and responsive communication from the host Brian and his family. The resort itself is wonderful. All of the people we interacted with were so pleasant and friendly, the restaurants fantastic, the service top notch. The pool area and the beach were highlights, but the real show stopper is the penthouse itself. The views cannot be beat and it was so spacious and well designed that it allowed for both great family gathering opportunities but still had privacy when someone wanted it. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Concierge Eduardo was fantastic. The property is beautiful and safe. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Pool bartender was the perfect example of this as he went out of our way to make our family feel welcome.

We had the most amazing time! Eduardo the concierge made everything so smooth from check in, to helping coordinate transportation, to making sure we had everything that we needed. Fabiola was also amazing and tended to our every need. The villa itself is stunning and has the most incredible view. Fabiola and Julieta (chef) had chips, pico, fresh guac, and margaritas for us upon arrival. We also did the private chef dinner in the villa and it was by far the best meal we had during our stay. Julieta is an incredible cook and the spread was to die for! If you are looking for a place to stay in Cabo definitely stay here! My family and I will 100% be coming back in the future. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Senior Cabo Trip Spring break!

The pics don’t even do it justice -it’s AMAZING!!! The view , the rooms, the furnishings , kitchen I could go on and on!!!!!! Close to town, swimmable beach, awesoem pools….Book this penthouse you won’t regret it!

Family trip 2024

Our trip was amazing and this condo and the resort were perfect. Brian was very quick to respond to any questions about the reservations and condo, and Eduardo was so nice and quick to respond to all our questions once we got to the resort. We paid the extra $120 for the meal plan, and were very happy we did. All the food at the resort was very good. We will definately be back in the future. Thank you!

Great Spring Break

Condo was in a great location and the pictures don’t accurately show how amazing this place really is. The host, Eduardo, was absolutely the best and helped us with transportation, recommendations, just very kind and accommodating! The actual hotel has very strict rules about noise so so be aware of this if your hoping to have a group. Quiet hours are from 10pm on.

Beautiful Cabo

We had a fabulous week from pickup to drop off and all in between. Great restaurant recommendations ...incredible greeting of chips and guac and margaritas when we arrived...great transportation and suggestions made the week easy and stress free. Condo is gorgeous and very clean. View is amazing! This is our 3rd trip to Cabo and will be back! (We would have liked the fire pit to have worked outside because it was quite chilly. ) Thanks for a wonderful week!

A stunning view and very comfortable!

This penthouse unit was everything promised. An absolutely gorgeous view, very spacious, and very well appointed. We were also treated very well by the unit’s Concierge, Eduardo. He picked us up to and from airport and also to/from golf courses. He helped with recommendations as well. A great asset. The daily maid service was also appreciated. We would definitely return to 2801! J/P
