.House all surrounded by wall and gate (2.40mts), with full sea view, HOUSE ON THE HIGH, ACCESS BY STAIR-75 DEGRAUS, entrance by the garage, located 400 meters from the village, near the Yatch Club, living room spacious, ceiling fan, 21 inch lcd tv, kitchenette, laundry area -1 suite with queen bed, air cond. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one of them bunk bed, air cond. and 1 bathroom. Garage and laundry.

Ótima escolha.

Casa muito cómoda e prática. Localizada em lugar perfeito, perto da Vila mas longe o suficiente para não ter barulho. Vista excepcional. Passamos o Reveillon e assistimos aos fogos de artíficio de todo o litoral norte além daqueles da Vila desde a sacada. Assisténcia do proprietário pronta e eficiente. A descrição do anúncio corresponde perfeitamente à realidade. Foi uma ótima escolha.

Vista Incrível!

A localização é Maravilhosa, perto da Vilinha Histórica. A vista....aahhhhh a vista! Nada mais lindo que ver o por do Sol, aquele mar lindo na frente. A casa é muito aconchegante, casa nova, simples, mas muito bem arrumada, muito gostoso mesmo! Ar condicionado nos quartos, cozinha SUPER equipada, banheiros bons, duxa externa, sala aconchegante! Uma coisa apenas que para mim não é muito ruim, mas p pessoas mais idosas sim, a escada. Mas depois que você sobe, a vista é compensatória! De manhã então, quando vc levante, abre as janelas, aquele mar lindo, compondo a vista com a mata atlântica, lindo! A atenção do Sr. José Elias, muito atencioso, fiquei por dois anos seguidos, vale a pena mesmo!

APAIXONANTE!!!!!

Casa excelente, muito confortável e aconchegante. Eu e minha família nos hospedamos na casa e todos ficamos muito bem acomodados, tem tudo o que é necessário, muito bem conservada, tudo funciona perfeitamente e é muito limpa. O proprietário José Elias é perfeito nas orientações, além de ser muito simpático e preocupado com o bem estar de quem se hospeda lá. E não posso deixar de mencionar a vista do mar que a casa tem e o por do sol que é um show á parte. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza. Um abraço, Eduardo Rodrigues
